Arthur Eisenberg

President

Arthur’s blend of creativity and business savvy has been described as one of the most successful business strategies in the creative market. After earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in advertising and graphic design from the University of Texas at Austin in 1970, he completed advanced studies at the prestigious Pratt Institute in New York and studied under Milton Glaser, world-renowned founder of Push Pin Studio. Arthur launched his career in the studio of Dallas’ famed Stan Richards, principal of The Richards Group. After five years, Arthur left to form his own creative firm.

 

In 2003, Arthur purchased J. O’Connor & Mathews, Inc. Advertising, a leading, award winning, full-service, advertising and marketing agency based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Since that time the company, now called Eisenberg And Associates, has won numerous additional accounts, from business-to-business, to consumer products and services.

 

Arthur is active in Dallas Ad League, Fort Lauderdale Ad League, American Institute of Graphic Arts, Dallas Society of Visual Communications (DSVC), Dallas Business Committee for the Arts, Dallas Theater Center and the Dallas Chamber of Commerce. He has served as faculty at UT Austin, the adjunct faculty of the University of North Texas, and is on the Communication Task Force for The Federation of Broward County.

 

Recipient of the Golden Egg lifetime achievement award, Arthur is a respected member of both creative communities in Dallas and South Florida, and is a valuable partner to those clients who seek a business approach to their communications.

 

 

Liz Kline

Principal/VP, Account Services

Liz brings over 14 years of experience in the graphic design industry
nationwide, including eight years with Eisenberg And Associates. She began
her career at KIDSNET, a nonprofit organization in Washington, D.C.,
specializing in the development of educational curriculum materials for
children’s television. She then worked for Bremmer & Goris Communications, a
design studio in Alexandria, Virginia. Liz has worked on major branding
projects for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of the National Capital Area, BHP
Copper, Halliburton, Concentra, Peerless Mfg. Co., Viasystems and Primedia
Workplace Learning.

 

Her responsibilities include formulating and implementing marketing
programs, which involves developing new business contacts, making
presentations, and formatting and outlining proposals to be viewed by
potential clients.

 

Liz also participates in creative sessions, works on existing client
projects and functions as an account liaison. In addition, she promotes the
visibility of the firm in the community.

Bill Niblick

Vice President/Account Services/Media Director

After graduating with a BFA in Advertising from Arizona State University, Bill got his first taste of media, publishing a periodical called Arizona Sounds. Keeping his ear to the grindstone, he then became a partner and promotions director for Evening Star Productions where he produced and promoted concerts and special events throughout the Southwest. His next foray was into the computer business as advertising manager for MicroLine, a chain of retail and wholesale computer stores with locations in Florida, the Caribbean, and South America.

 

Bill’s experience as a media guru comes from over twenty years of buying and selling media for J. O’Connor & Mathews and Eisenberg And Associates Advertising. His long list of clients included El Toritio Restaurants, Baracuda, Kreepy Krauly and Cantar Pool Products as well as Maverick Boat Company. He’s also serviced a healthy array of healthcare clients including Miami Children’s Hospital.

 

He continues to apply his extensive experience in media planning and buying, as well as special expertise in broadcast media and media survey methodologies. He oversees the timely and efficient planning, placement and post-buy analysis of all E&A media plans. Bill also acts as an executive account supervisor and directs web development projects for agency clients.

 

 

Aine Miller

Account Executive

As Eisenberg And Associates first-ever Traffic Manger, Aine’s role was dedicated to every aspect of building a streamlined and improved focus on project management. She became the hub of communication for our agency, ensuring that all facets were working cohesively on each project. We are a high-performance culture and value the importance of a strong internal process that can deliver on its vision.

 

Over the course of her tenure with Eisenberg And Associates, Aine has migrated from our Traffic Manager to a Senior Account Manager. She has taken her strengths and talents and is applying those to providing exceptional client services and increased business development.

 

Before joining the Eisenberg family, Aine held positions at Moroch And Associates and Griffith Phillips Creative. She actively participates in the Dallas chapter of the IABC and brings a BS in Sociology with a minor in Political Science discipline to her business approach.

Laura Holt

Account Executive

Laura holds a BA in Advertising from the Meadows School of the Arts at Southern Methodist University. She began her career in corporate marketing with PageNet, coordinating trade shows and collateral for new product launches. After joining Evans Advertising & Public Relations and then Publicis Mid-America, she was a member of the account team that developed the consumer advertising campaigns for the successful merger between Texas Utilities and Lone Star Gas. She was also responsible for the agency’s preliminary research on the energy market in preparation for deregulation.

 

Laura then handled all account management duties for 1400 Words, Inc, a boutique copywriting firm based in Dallas. Her clients included graphic design firms, advertising agencies, and corporate clients. She managed projects for clients such as Allen Brothers, Encore Medical, the National Constitution Center, the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, Rent-A-Center, Tuesday Morning, Chili’s, and Cuervo Tequila.

 

Laura spends her free time volunteering and coordinating fund-raising events for local non-profits such as the American Red Cross – Dallas Chapter, The Wilkinson Center, Community Partners of Dallas, the Dallas Zoological Society, and Turtle Creek Manor.

Carrie Yon

Account Manager

Carrie supports the executive team and manages all accounts. She has extensive experience in the healthcare and leisure industries. Carrie works with Eisenberg And Associates executive management and interacts directly with accounts serving as a liaison between clients and the agency. She brings with her years of experience in media buying, production, trafficking, marketing research and creative design.

Josie Eisenberg

Account Executive

With over 12 years’ experience in public relations and marketing, Josie’s focus at Eisenberg And Associates is developing strong relationships with clients by helping them find creative solutions to reach their marketing goals.

 

Before joining Eisenberg And Associates, Josie was owner/manager of Eisenbergs Skatepark in Plano, Texas. Responsible for its on-site operations, she also worked in the home office, assisting with marketing, event production, skater relations and all other facets of the business.

 

Prior to the Skatepark, Josie worked at Vicki Eisenberg Agency, where she gained valuable experience in the areas of advertising, public relations and literary representation. She is a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School for Performing and Visual Arts, Dallas’ arts magnet school, and attended college in Austin and Dallas.

Tom Howard

Director, Interactive Media

Tom has been providing interactive marketing solutions for more than 12 years to a variety of B2B and B2C companies.

 

Tom started his career as an interactive developer learning a multitude of programming languages, Internet technologies and databases along the way. With his development and technical management skills, Tom has managed the development of more than 400 web-related projects. Previous work included Zales Corporation, Galderma Laboratories, Exxon, Campbell Soup Company, Nestle and Cadbury Schweppes Americas Beverages.

Shane Dennehey

Creative Director

Shane began his career as a carpenter in the trade show industry. While building exhibits during the day, he studied graphic design at The Art Institute of Dallas in the evenings. He graduated in 2002 and won the Art Institutes’ award for most outstanding student portfolio.

 

Before joining Eisenberg And Associates, Shane lead the graphic design team at Fellowship Church, a Dallas/Fort Worth based church with 20,000 in weekly attendance. He was also an art director at JCPenney, overseeing design and production of packaging for the Home Collection®. Shane has worked on annual reports for Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc., Denbury Resources Inc., Tyler Technologies and Pioneer Natural Resources.

Orit Plotkin

Account Executive

Orit brings over five years of sales and marketing experience in both recruiting and advertising to Eisenberg And Associates. After graduating from Kennesaw State University with a BA in Organizational Communications, Orit began her career in the healthcare industry, specializing in nursing recruitment. After relocating to Florida, she joined an interactive advertising agency and spear-headed local campaigns for Marriot and 1-800-Got-Junk.  

 

Orit then moved to Florida where she pursued a career in advertising.  There she worked with an internet advertising company called PinPoint Local, where she headed up campaigns for Marriott, and 1-80-Got-Junk.
